Senior UX Designer at
MakeMyTrip
Bachelor of Design from
IIT Guwahati
Currently, I work in the Connect (Ingo) team at MakeMyTrip — a B2B platform empowering hoteliers to manage their properties. While I believe the core of UX is solving problems of all kinds, I’m passionate about addressing fundamental requirements and logics for them more than focusing solely on interfaces and visuals.

Quick Q&A
What is design for me?
For me, design starts with figuring out how things actually work, making sure the flow and systems are clear and easy to use. The colors, fonts, and visuals are important but come only after the foundation is solid.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In five years, I hope to be more involved with the business side of things while leading UX projects that truly matter. I want to support and guide teams, help the business grow, handle ent to end projects and create experiences that people find useful and enjoy using every day.
What do you enjoy the most?
2 Things here - I really enjoy understanding how design impacts business goals through metrics and data, and; building design systems and components that make the whole design process smoother for everyone involved.
What’s a UX trend or idea you’re really interested in right now?
Lately, I’ve been really interested in how AI is transforming the way people interact with products. Designing experiences that feel smart, personalized, and intuitive, with AI powering those moments behind the scenes; is both challenging and exciting. Voice technology adds a subtle, natural layer to this, making interactions hands-free and more accessible. I enjoy exploring how AI can help create meaningful, seamless experiences that connect complex tech with real human needs.
