Prior to this initiative, this system was a fragmented inbox. The lack of dedicated infrastructure created expectation gap - guests believed their preferences were being actioned, while in reality, requests were frequently buried under operational noise, invoices, and spam.
The core challenge was to architect a high-integrity communication layer that integrated seamlessly into the existing Connect platform and transform this chaotic free-text data into a structured, manageable workflow with a minimal learning curve.
