While continuing my exploration of AI and how we, as designers, can truly harness its potential, I stumbled upon an intriguing tool called ElevenLabs—a platform that enables the creation of real-time, lifelike voice agents. Around the same time, I found myself deeply curious about what the future of technology—and, by extension, any industry—might look like.

VoiceFlow emerged as one such outcome of this curiosity: a vision shaped by blending voice-first interactions with design thinking, reimagining how humans and systems could communicate in the decades to come.
